New Mexico Black Range LLC operates under permits administered by the USDA Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management including Carson National Forest, Gila National Forest, Pike and San Isabel National Forests, Rio Grande National Forest, San Juan National Forest, White River National Forest, Gunnison National Forest, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Coronado National Forest, and Coconino National Forest.
